These terms govern your access to and use of the Garage Software Solutions garage management software, mobile apps, and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The Service

Garage Software Solutions provides software that helps garages, MOT stations, and HGV ATFs manage jobs, bookings, invoicing, and related operations. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer’s data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service
• Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any customer or vehicle data you enter.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Software Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required to protect the Service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
